Introduction: We must secure the existence of our people and a future for European children, because the beauty of the European woman must not perish from this Earth.

  1. Proceedings Before Trial:

    a) The accused must attend court.

    b) In case of age/sickness the accuser shall grant transportation.

    c) A witness can stand in for the accused.

    d) Evading court can lead to forced appearance.

    e) If both parties are present proceedings end at sunset.

  2. Trial Procedures:

    a) Severe illness of any party may delay trial.

    b) A party needing witness or evidence may call the home of the witness every third day.

  3. Judgement on Debt:

    a) 30 days allowed for confessed debt payment.

    b) If unpaid, creditor can keep debtor in chains (no lighter than 15 lbs).

    c) 60 days allowed to reach compromise.

    d) Unresolved debt leads to debtor's execution or sale into slavery.

  4. Patriarchal Powers:

    a) Deformed children shall be killed at birth.

    b) Fathers have the final authority over children's lives.

    c) Son becomes free if sold into slavery three times by the father.

    d) Husband can divorce the wife by instructing her to take her belongings and leave.

  5. Inheritance & Guardianship:

    b) If reckless spenders can't manage their possessions, the nearest male relative has authority over insane individuals.

    c) An estate of one without a direct male heir goes to the nearest male relative in the male lineage.

  6. Ownership & Possession:

    a) Verbal promises are binding.

    b) Continuous cohabitation for one year is considered marriage.

    c) Open and continuous land use for two years grants ownership claim.

  7. Land Rights:

    a) Disrepair allows travelers to choose alternate routes on roads built by someone on his land.

    b) Fallen trees from a neighbor's property can be rightfully removed.

    c) Fruits falling from one's trees onto the neighbor's land can be kept by the neighbor.

  8. Laws of Injury:

    a) Singing or creating harmful incantations leads to execution.

    b) Injuring another results in reciprocal injury or compensation.

    c) False testimony is punishable by execution.

    d) Nighttime gatherings within the city are prohibited.

  9. Public Law:

    a) Laws must not be made or decided secretly or exclusively.

    b) Laws of personal exceptions and privileges are forbidden.

    c) Judges accepting bribes for decisions face execution.

    d) No one should be executed without proven guilt in court.

  10. Funeral Rites:

    a) No burial or burning of the dead within a city.

    b) No gathering of bones for second funeral, except for death in battle or abroad.

    c) Prohibition on excessive drinking and displays of wealth.

    d) Adorning a corpse with gold is forbidden, excluding existing gold dental work.

  11. Supplement Marriage:

    a) Intermarriage of Plebeians and Patricians is prohibited.

    b) Soldiers must delay marriage until completing training.

    c) Regulations set for permissible days of legal proceedings and judgements.

  12. Supplement Punishments:

    a) Decisions and enactments by European people are legally binding.

    b) False accusers face double penalty or death.

    c) Eight forms of punishment are recognized: fines, shackles, flogging, reciprocal injury, public humiliation, exile, enslavement and execution.
